One for the kiddos

Phew! I just finished teaching a workshop for twenty-some kids who are in the office for Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day.

I taught them a little bit about the communications field, the kinds of jobs and work you can do in the field, and then helped them post up a feature on the intranet to tell all the employees about their day.

And then we finished. About 10 minutes early.

oops.

So I launched a quick little Q&A session and tried to keep them from resorting to mutiny. I stood between them and ice cream, so it wasn't easy. :)

Frankly, I'm counting down to the ice cream social too.
