I was sitting at a red light marveling at a cumulus formation that looked rather pleasantly like an elephant driving a race car. Before the light could turn green, the winds had shifted, the elephant morphed into Mickey Mouse and the Walt Disney Legal Team filed a lawsuit against Mother Nature for improper use of a trademarked image.
