Dear landlord:

Thanks for two years of helping yourself to my open wallet and keeping my checking account squeaky clean.

I've finally come to the decision that I'd like to live in more than a comfortably decorated shoebox. I would also like to keep a small portion of my income to myself; I will thusly be vacating the premises. Wheeeee
