Stop the ride; I wanna get off

When I'm feeling most discouraged, bored, disconnected, out of control, stir-crazy and out of touch with living the life I really want to, THAT's when I somehow wind up pouring myself the most into books and movies. Just exactly the opposite of the sorts of things that would probably do the most good towards turning me around. Instead, I run headlong into living another life rather than my own.
