This morning I was at sbux nanoing away when I looked up to see a gentleman heading in the door. I thought wow, he really looks a lot like the executive director of my company. Which wasn't much of a coincidence since it turned out to be him, heading right toward me. He and another exec were there for a meet-up, found out I was novelling and the exec dir commented on my striped kneesocks. Leave it to me to be in extreme casual mode the day he shows up from Australia.
